5. Data Sources and Third-Party Services

LofiMetrics integrates with third-party services to provide analytics data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and authorizations to connect these services to your account. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Subscription and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be required to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LofiMetrics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any data and content you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
